Returns

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. All items may be returned within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund for the purchase price.

Please contacting us first regarding your request in order to receive approval since unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Information to Provide when Emailing with Return-Related Queries

Please provide the following within the body of the email when emailing us with return-related queries or requests:

  • Name
  • Email to best reach you
  • Order Number
  • Phone Number
  • The reason for the return

Shipping & Return Expenses

The buyer agrees to pay for the costs all shipping and return-related costs in the event that the reason for the return is NOT due to a a manufacturer defect or an error made by Laser Center of Miami. In order to receive credit for the costs of shipping, the buyer must email LaserMiami3@gmail.com and provide a description of the reason for the return.

A real-life person at one of our offices (not a robot) will evaluate the reasons for return and determine if it qualifies for shipping/return coverage. Please allow us a reasonable amount of time to review and respond to queries related to returns.

In the cases of manufacturer defect or an error made on our part, we sincerely apologize and will provide the buyer with pre-paid shipping and return postage and any additional instructions necessary for returns.


Opened/Used Items

If the item you are returning has been opened, we cannot accept returns for a refund of payment for products that have been opened and/or used. However, we can authorize a return in exchange for credit to the buyer. In order to request a return for credit, email LaserMiami3@gmail.com and state you wish to return an opened item for credit.

Please do not return a product without contacting us first regarding your request and receiving approval as it will not be accepted.
